This summer marked a significant milestone for Twin Lakes Bible Camp in Manson, Iowa as campers gathered for the very first chapel service in the new Lakeview Chapel on June 22. Just two weeks later, on July 4, friends of the camp celebrated with an open house, giving many their first opportunity to step inside this beautiful new space.
For more than 70 years, Twin Lakes has helped young people encounter Jesus through worship, biblical teaching, prayer, and fellowship. Lakeview Chapel was intentionally designed to become the spiritual heart of camp for generations to come, providing a flexible worship space for up to 240 people, along with gathering spaces that encourage community and discipleship.
While the doors are now open and ministry is already happening, the project isn’t quite finished. Twin Lakes is continuing to raise the final funds needed to complete the chapel debt-free. If you’d like to help finish this project and invest in the next generation of campers who will hear the gospel in this space, you can make a gift through the Twin Lakes website: https://www.twinlakesbiblecamp.org/.
